A regular complaint from customers is that their battery doesn’t last very long anymore. Extending the Life
Phones don’t operate well under the wrong temperature conditions. Too high of a heat and the battery life will be depleted by temperature alone. When you charge your phone you should remove your case. While your phone is charging heat can be produced. Just like when you leave your phone in the sun, this heat can do damage and drain power.
Also update your phone’s software. Some people are leary of updating for fear of bugs, but there can be fixes in updates to extend battery life, and of course the power saving mode. The fewer times you charge your phone overall the better your battery will stand the test of time.
If you have to store your phone or battery for some time, store it half charged. Have you ever noticed that when you receive a new phone or battery that the battery is always half full? This is to help extend battery life and shelf storage life.

Even with care there will come a time that a new battery will simply be needed. When you replace your battery is usually determined by you, the user, and just how much battery life you can or can’t deal with. For some people 50% capacity works just fine, for others it just doesn’t. Most people decide to change their battery when their batteries current state becomes inconvenient.
Newer phones will warn you when your battery life starts to get poor. You can tell throughout a day how long it takes for your battery to go from fully charged to dead. The poorer your batteries health the shorter the time.

When you decide it’s time to get a new battery the replacement process is usually easy. Most you can simply buy a new battery that is recommended for your phone by the manufacturer. Sometimes some manufacturers recommend that they change out the battery for you. That is also a simple fix, and we are here to help!
