Repair Authorization

Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before repair. $LocationName$ is not responsible for any loss of data, software, accounts, or personal information that may occur during the repair process.
Parts & Warranty
Repairs may involve replacement parts depending on the service required. Certain repairs may include limited warranties where applicable. InvisibleShield® warranty replacements require the original damaged protector to be presented and must match the device model. Warranty coverage applies only to the protector itself and may require an installation or service fee depending on the location.
Pricing
Prices shown online are estimates based on the selected service and device model. Final pricing may vary depending on the device condition, additional damage discovered during repair, applicable taxes, or additional services required to complete the repair. Customers will be notified if additional work is required before proceeding whenever possible.
Repair Risks
While our technicians take great care during repairs, electronic devices may contain internal damage or prior issues that are not immediately visible. Certain repairs, particularly screen replacements, may expose existing issues with the device. By authorizing repair, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks.
Pre-Existing Damage
Devices presented for repair may already have underlying issues such as internal damage, prior repairs, liquid exposure, or structural weaknesses. $LocationName$ is not responsible for problems related to pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to the requested repair.
Glass & Display Repairs
Screen and glass repairs restore functionality but cannot correct underlying structural issues such as frame bends, prior impact damage, or device stress. Devices with frame distortion or structural damage may be more susceptible to future screen failure. $LocationName$ is not responsible for glass or display damage that occurs after the device has been returned to the customer.
Device Pickup
Customers will be notified when their repair is completed. Devices should be picked up within a reasonable time after completion. $LocationName$ is not responsible for devices left unclaimed for extended periods.
Limitation of Liability
$LocationName$ is not responsible for pre-existing damage, cosmetic wear, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to the requested repair service.
